Extended Day Program

 
The Evergreen Park SD 124 Extended Day Program is a service that provides before and after school care to students in kindergarten through 8th grade.  The program provides students with a safe and enriching environment while parents are at work or attend school.  We offer a well-balanced daily schedule with a warm and caring atmosphere and staff.  Participation in the program is optional.

For specifics about fees, please click on the applicable Registration and Fees link below; one link is for the program at the elementary buildings (kindergarten through 5th grade) and the other is for the program at Central Middle School (6th through 8th grade).

Registration

Only students registered in the Extended Day Program are eligible to attend before and/or after school care.  Beginning on:

July 5 - Existing account holders and families new to the program may register students in 6th through 8th grade.

August 2 - Existing account holders and pre-registered new families may register students in all grades. 

August 8 - Families new to the program may register students in all grades. 

To begin the registration process, click on the following link: http://www.ezchildtrack.com/d124/parent.  Then,

  • Existing account holders and pre-registered new families:  Enter your registered email address and password in the Returning Customers Sign In section. 
  • Families new to the program:  Click as directed in the New Customers Open Account section. 

Next, click on the schedule type that best meets your needs.  (A comparison of schedule types can be found by clicking on one of the Schedule Type links below.)  Instructions for registering will be displayed automatically; they can be re-displayed at any time during the registration process by clicking on Instructions for online registration which is located in the upper left of all registration screens.

Please note that registration will not be approved for account holders with an outstanding Extended Day Program balance until the balance is paid in full.
